Wk 8 Mahy Group Writing

 name is Tevita and I am 11 years old and I have 2 sisters and I have 2 brothers and I have 44 cousins! My Culture is Tongan I was born in Tonga.  I like to play games but when my  mum calls me I run straight to her.  I am really good at helping people. I help my mum by doing the dishes and vacuuming. I clean up the girls room while my brothers clean up the boys room. It makes my mum happy when I help and it makes me feel good to be helpful.

 I want to be a  youtuber when I grow up. I want to play games and talk about the games and get lots of subscribers. I will be rich and famous. I will live in America in a mansion with a pool.

I am good at helping people and my mum and my dad I help my dad by doing his chores. My dad works hard and works long hours so make his bed and fold his washing so when he comes home he can relax. I like to play fetch with the dog and my dad.

Immersion assembly

On Monday morning  rooms 19 and 20 went to the hall to see art. First we went in a line to sit and watch team one. The teachers painted a white lion on black paper and it was a lion. Team two made a movie and the teachers wer on the big screen. Team three were painting with their bodies. 

Robots and lollies

Once upon a time there was a staircase on a beach. Then I went up the staircase and I saw some robots making lollies. Suddenly I was in a crunchy bar and the robots were trying to eat me. Finally I robots ate me. 

The cloud lesson

One sunny day a silly boy was going out with his Poppa. They went up on the treehouse. They blew some cloud shapes. A bunny and a heart and a star were in the sky. 

Movement art

Last week on a seeing day we made movement art because it is our Inquirg. First we took a picture of  ourselves. then Ms. Eadie and Mrs carruthers printed my Picture. Next I cut my picture of me. Then we traced three coloured shadows. Finally we couloured our background with dye. I like my art because it was fun to do. 

Zebra

The zebra has black and white stripes  the zebra looks like a horse The zebra Lives  in Africa I was on a boqt and the sea the zebra.

Fairy bread

On Monday morning rooms 19 and 20 made fairy bread at school. Next we put sprinkles and popping candy on our bread. Then we ate our fairy bread. It was yummy. Finally we made Nutella fairy bread.

 

Kiwi

The kiwi is a no bird. The kiwi lives in the bush. The kiwi has a long beak. The kiwi has brown feathers. Kiwis eat insects.

Tevita the tui

The treee has some  leaves they are orange and read. The tree is in the forest near a pond. High in the tree on a long skinny branch lives a joyful tui called Tevita. Everyday he copies the voices of other birds. One day the birds went back to the park to play. They played tag in the sky. Tevita was the tagged and the other birds hid behind some trees. Then Tevita tagged them and he won. 

Jack the robot

Jack is the Lonely robot he leas a Broken eye with a hole in it. Jack lives in the junkyard with dented cars. It has rubbish and cars in the ground. One day he was looking for a friend and he was sad. At last he found a friend. 

Fia fia

 My favourite part I like at fia fia practice is dancing and using the sticks.

Swimming

This term I went swimming with my teacher and my class. First I got changed into my togs and I lined up. Next I got into the pool and I swam to the island and I swam back to the wall. Finally I got out and I walked back to school. I like swimming because I like to float.
